Cancellation Fee’s
We operate a strict 24hr cancellation fee policy, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24hrs of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. This also applies if you are cancelling part of your booking. We don’t like having to charge but as a business we are unable to sustain late cancellations and no shows, we hope you can respect our decision.
We love all of our clients at Y.H.Beauty, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure all our clients are aware of our fee structure.
